Our story has a magazine start. Literally. We met while both working as freelance photographers for Ocala Style Magazine. Covering jobs for one another and sharing photog tips and tricks. We are firm believers in “Community over Competition” and how people can do amazing things when they come together!
As a team, we bring versatility, energy, and style, and have been known to do crazy acrobatics to get THE SHOT. We put our time and talent together to provide you with the best, most unique experience possible!

Meagan (rhymes with vegan) is a visual storyteller with a deep love for natural light and dark chocolate.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Sculpture and Ceramics, but found her true creative home behind the camera in 2017. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a passion for capturing connection, movement, and the moments that matter.
In 2007, she married her husband, Ben, on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, NC, and together they’re raising two energetic teen boys who keep life loud, fast, and full of surprises.
Her goals in life include getting enough sleep and a regular yoga practice. Travel is her love language—especially when it leads to new light, new landscapes, and new stories.

Dave is always chasing the next adventure—whether he’s hiking remote trails, riding his motorcycle, or cruising back roads in search of the perfect sunrise. It’s rare to catch him without a camera in hand, ready to capture whatever beauty unfolds.
A U.S. Army combat veteran, Dave has traveled the world, lived abroad, and fully embraced life off the beaten path. In 2023, he ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, adding one more wild story to his growing collection of once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
His lens has taken him across the globe, collaborating with brands like Redbull, Adidas, and Toyota. One of his most unforgettable shoots? Racing downhill alongside Redbull pro riders while documenting the legendary Joyride event in Whistler, BC.
Dave is a certified scuba diver and FAA-licensed drone pilot, specializing in photography both below the surface and above the clouds. From exploring the vibrant marine life at Kicker Rock in the Galápagos to capturing dramatic aerial landscapes, he’s always pushing to find the most powerful perspective.
At home, he shares life with his wife, Brooke, and their beautiful blended family. Exploring new places, sharing great meals, and making memories together.

Nick’s photography journey started over a decade ago-just a teenager with a camera and an eye for adventure. What began as capturing spontaneous moments with friends has grown into a deep love for storytelling through imagery. Whether it’s a glowing night sky full of stars, the electrifying energy of Halloween Horror Nights, or the high-speed thrill of the Indy 500, Nick knows how to frame the magic in every moment.
He joined the Maven team in 2022, bringing his unique creative edge and passion for dynamic, cinematic imagery. He’s drawn to the unexpected and thrives on experiences that spark adrenaline and awe. A major fan of all things Halloween and theme parks, you’ll find his portfolio packed with beautiful candids and immersive landscapes. If it moves fast or lights up the night, Nick’s probably photographed it.
At home, Nick shares life with his wife Megan and their blended family of two girls. Together, they chase spontaneous adventures, hunt down hidden gem restaurants, and find joy in the little things. For Nick, photography isn’t just a career-it’s a way of seeing the world, chasing the feeling, and freezing the moment.

CJ is a young creative powered by the pursuit of passion projects. With a hunger for travel and enshrining the moments of his experiences into carefully crafted videos, he is the newest member of our team. Influenced by his favorite music, artists, directors, and the other creatives he keeps close to him, he has developed a personal video style that overlaps with every interest he has in his life.
Five years into his videography career, he has directed and edited multiple music videos, crossed the oceans with travel companies, and filmed gorgeous horses jumping around the fields of Ocala. Stark contrasts in his portfolio may surprise you, but there is almost no area of life he has left undocumented – from climbing mountains in Switzerland, capturing the beautiful pyramids in Egypt, to filming eclectic rave-goers in Miami, he loves preserving every single experience life has to offer within his camera.
